Cabins operate during rain or shine, they are fully enclosed and climate controlled.
Arrive about 15 minutes before your window.
Wheelchairs come aboard with you.
The whole visit is about 30 minutes, one rotation.
On rare very windy days we may pause or delay spins for safety. If that affects your visit, our team will look after you.
We may pause or close the wheel at any time for weather, maintenance or safety. If we can't get you on, we'll rebook you or refund you.
