EFTPOS services are provided via the Cabcharge Fareway EFTPOS System.
Compulsory prepaid fares is required for all taxi cab trips between 10pm and 5am. The drivers will require a prepayment of the estimated fare between these hours.
Receipts for all prepaid fares are available upon request from your Driver.

C.B.D Mega Rank
A rank was introduced in Queen Street to improve safety and make it easier to get a cab.
The rank features traffic marshals, wardens, security staff, a 24-hour toilet and a regular police presence, with the Salvation Army offering free tea and coffee for drivers.
There is a 24 hour taxi rank outside the main terminal.
