Newsletters Not Arriving

If you are not receiving our weekly newsletters, then try...

Folders (Spam/Junk)

Check in your SPAM and Junk folders in case they have gone there. Try searching in your software for "OnlyMelbourne" in case the emails have been stored somewhere other than your inbox.

Filters (Blocked/Spam)

Common email addresses like ours (newsletter@onlymelbourne.com.au) can be accidently blocked or marked as spam. Try the whitelist method below, but the messages may be blocked at server level prior to arriving in your email program. Unfortunately, you may have to use an alternative email address (like gmail).

Safelist (was Whitelist)

Safelisting our email address tells your software that our emails are OK. To ensure our newsletter does not get confused by spam and virus filters, add us to your safelist.
