Use this service to request content edits, image changes, reactivation and cancellation. This service enables advertisers' to correct content: description, address, telephone number, date and time. *** HOW TO *** Open the Editor Request window by selecting the UPDATE button and request the desired changes in the pop-up message window. Changes are actioned by a page editor and confirmed when completed. Common Update Questions are answered below.. *** UPDATE GUIDELINES *** The guidelines ensure the update process is a streamlined, efficient operation for both advertisers' and editors. Description | Submit a complete replacement description in one block of text that can be replaced in a single copy-and-paste action - time consuming partial edits, markup (e.g. "change line 3"), or notes cannot be actioned. Flyers, PDFs, or attachments are not accepted. Text only. Image | 1. Request the image be changed (above) 2. UPLOAD a presized image (jpg, gif, png - width 750 pixels). Cancellation | Request the listing be cancelled and provide reason | See Cancellation FAQ Proof of Ownership | If required, more information will be requested. *** Update Policy and Fees *** The service is provided without charge to reflect genuine changes not cosmetic, arbitrary or seo.
