Welcome to this week's Melbourne events, exhibitions, sports and community guide for Tuesday to Monday, February 14 to 20, 2012.

This week... if you fancy yourself as the adventurous type, it's the perfect time to pull a Phileas Fogg and travel around the city in 80 ways. Those who can brave the heights can do their best to land in Northcote for the Darebin Community and Kite Festival, while seafarers might find Echuca's Riverboats Music Festival more to their liking.

You can even clog your merry way to the Holland Festival at Sandown Racecourse for a celebration of all things Dutch or embrace one of Melbourne's most favoured means of travel with the Melbourne Bikefest.

There's also Blip Festival Australia with performances of electronic sampling, where you'll find many people simply shuffling.
