Renowned for regularly staging AFL, A-League and BBL action under the famous retractable roof, Marvel Stadium has also hosted some of the biggest international sporting events such as UFC193, Soccer World Cup Qualifiers and International Rugby Union tests.
Throughout its years, Marvel Stadium has hosted many memorable concerts for some of the world’s biggest stars including Taylor Swift, Foo Fighters, Justin Timberlake, AC/DC, Bon Jovi, Andre Rieu and Eminem.

Marvel Stadium has been an integral part of Melbourne's sport and entertainment scene since opening nearly eight years ago in March 2000. Providing live drama to more than 11 million people over that time with football, cricket, rugby and soccer as regular drawcards.
We showcase our diverse stadium to the the world with fully retractable level one seats and the largest retractable roof in the southern hemisphere.
Southern Cross Station is located adjacent to the stadium. It is a short walk across the Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge.
Car Parking is open 24 hours a day - seven days a week with more than 2,500 undercover car parks available daily. The undercover car park is divided into four colour sections on each level. Simply park your car, take note of the colour and level you have parked and return at a time that suits you.
City trams run to the stadium from La Trobe Street and Harbour Esplanade. Trams also stop in the CBD on Spencer Street, Bourke Street and Collins Street and all are a short walk to the stadium.
The bus terminus is at Southern Cross Train Station and services airport transfers as well as routes across country Victoria. Marvel Stadium is a short walk across the Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge from the bus terminus.
An elevated, 20-metre wide pedestrian footbridge connects Marvel Stadium to Southern Cross station and intersection of Spencer and Bourke streets.
Access can also be gained off La Trobe Street (Gate 7), Harbour Esplanade (Gates 8 and 9) and Bourke Street (Gates 1, 2 and 3).
July 23 2002 - Colonial Stadium changed to Telstra Dome.
March 1 2009 - Telstra Dome changed to Etihad Stadium
September 1, 2018 - Etihad Stadium change to Marvel Stadium.
