For the first time in our history, some moungrel has managed to get past security into administration area and delete hundreds of listings.
Fortunately, we back-up daily and together with our host support team we were able to restore a back-up late on the 17th July 2008.
It appears around 400 listings were involved between the time of the restoration meaning that we have had to manually recover these and allocate them new ID numbers. Many of these listings had already gone live, meaning they would have received our welcome email.
In short, the welcome email would invite them to a listing that in many cases would describe another event or company. Fear not! We are slowly restoring every listing and while it may not have the same ID number, it will be advertised in the same way as every listing in OnlyMelbourne, as something marvellous in Melbourne!
