Geelong Highland Gathering 2019

The 2019 Geelong Highland Gathering will be held on Sunday 17th March 2019.

The 2019 Gathering will mark 162 years since the first Geelong Highland Gathering was held on New Years day 1858 and will be the 61st anniversary of the modern era, which began in 1958.

We are also honoured to host the Victorian Pipe Band Championships (VPBC) in 2018.

Timetable of Events: Please note these times are approximate only.

9 am: Highland dancers and Vendors commence

10 am: Official opening

10 am: Pipe Bands, Country dancers and Scottish Dogs commence

11:30: Heavy games commence

5pm: Massed Bands display. (Due to Pipe Band Championships this will probably be later than usual)
