Today marks the end of an era in Melbourne fine dining, as we announce the closure of Ezard as we look to reshape our dining offering, exploring more casual and experiential ventures set to be unveiled next year.
For many months, we have been evaluating, reshaping and planning for exciting new projects to come in early 2021.
As a company, we're exploring casual dining and experiential ventures and are excited to take our Ezard family along for this new chapter.
We have had a fantastic 20 years on Flinders Lane and I am very grateful for the experiences I have had and when I reflect back, I feel very proud and honoured to have served so many happy people.
Hospitality is my life! Ezard has truly been my special place and for this, I am eternally grateful.
I would like to thank every single gifted person who I have had the pleasure to work with at Ezard - our loyal customers, our wonderful producers, and of course, my family.
