Melbourne High Tea | Top 10

Melbourne High Tea | Top 10

With Australians consuming around 22 million cups of tea daily, there are plenty of options when it comes to enjoying a good cuppa.

Afternoon tea or the classic high tea has seen a resurgence in Melbourne, so too has the return to elegance in fashion. Tea, cucumber sandwiches and petit fours in a venue that boasts class and elegance seems to never go out of style.

Here are my favourite spots around town:

Melbourne High Tea

Madame Brussels

Treat yourself to your own garden party at Madame Brussels. This is where the Madhatters Tea Party meets Wisteria Lane.

Refreshing punches, cupcakes, cucumber sandwiches can be taken upon our rather fancy terrace or enjoyed on our garden settings upon our lush green grass indoors should the weather prove too cold.

Madame Brussels' personal chef shall prepare delights made with love and offered to you by sweet young men. Carefully prepared dishes include:

If you’re after a beverage with an English influence, definitely try Pimms. Tea and coffee is available if one is in the mood for something hotter.

Contact Miss Pearls to arrange the perfect delights for your garden party.
