Wombat Corner Camp |
Wombat Corner is an accredited camp situated in Emerald in the Dandenong Ranges only 50km from Melbourne.
It is surrounded by Emerald Lake Park and Wright Forest with the lake itself only one minute walk from the front door. This 60 hectare park land is a fantastic area for water activities, bush walks, nature studies and a stop for the famous old steam train, Puffing Billy. Combine this with all the indoor and outdoor activities which are available at the camp itself and you have the opportunity for a great program for any age group.
Wombat Corner was originally a hills guest house and is filled with character. It has been extended and modernised to provide comfortable and functional accommodation for groups up to 95 people.

In school holidays we run camps for individual children and during the rest of the year are available for school groups and weekend groups.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our food but if you prefer a self catered camp this option is available. We think our camp has a lot to offer and after reading the rest of our information we are sure you will agree.
