Station Pier | Open Hours

Historic Station Pier is open to visitors on weekends and public holidays.

Station Pier has officially reopened for the first time since 2020. Over the past five years, the Victorian Government has overseen a huge refurbishment to make sure the pier continues to operate as a hub for shipping and cruise ships for years to come.

While works continue during the week, the pier will be open on weekends and public holidays, giving Melburnians a chance to stroll along the historic central access way or set up with a fishing line and a bucket of bait.

Accessibility has been carefully considered, with vehicle entry at the southern end and pedestrian access limited to the central southern stretch to keep everyone safe.
