The Westgate Punt is a ferry service that crosses the Yarra River between Spotswood Jetty and Westgate Landing in Port Melbourne under the West Gate Bridge.
The service provides pedestrians and cyclists with an easy and stress-free way to get across the Yarra River without travelling via the West Gate Bridge.
Cyclists can even take their bikes on board the ferry and make full use of popular cycling paths that run from Port Melbourne into the city.
Spotswood Jetty (Melways ref: 55 C1) is located on Douglas Parade, near the corner of Craig Street, and is a short walk from Spotswood Station.
Westgate Landing is located on Lorimer Street, near the corner of Sardine Street. Bus Route 237 stops nearby on Lorimer Street and runs into the city.
