Lyrebirds are the speakers of all languages and is symbolic of the many mobs that make up our Wathaurong community coming together.

The Booln Booln Cultural Centre offers a range of cultural education services (such as incursions and excursions) to schools and kindergartens.
We also offer Cultural Ceremonies for local business including Welcome to Country and Smoking/Cleansing Ceremonies.
Booln Booln Cafe is where native ingredients meet elevated flavour-like gathering around a crackling fire, it's warm, bold, and full of heart.
Nestled in the Wathaurong Booln Booln Cultural Centre in Grovedale, our café brings Blak excellence to the table with bush jaffles like kangaroo ragu with Kakadu plum, lemon myrtle chicken with chimichurri, locally roasted coffee, and native-infused pastries by our Michelin-trained pastry chef.
Sip on our award-winning Blak Brews teas, featuring strawberry gum, desert lime, and lemon myrtle, served hot, iced, or as part of our Outback High Tea every Friday.
Set among gum trees, emus, and kangaroos, it's more than a cafe - it's a celebration of culture, flavour, and community. And you're all invited.
