No need to be a fitness fanatic, marathon runner or Olympic athlete! Whether you're super fit, a casual stroller or someone who considers walking to the fridge exercise, THIS WALK IS FOR YOU!

It's all about having fun, getting some fresh air, sharing a few laughs and, most importantly, supporting premature and sick babies and their families.
