The Victorian Miniature Railway is open every Sunday (inc School holidays).

ALL ABOARD: Harcourt’s Victorian Miniature Railway is officially open!

After years of so much hard work, the VMR is ready for passengers.

VMR is Victoria's newest Miniature Railway and Model Engineering Club based in Harcourt - regional Victoria.

The biggest 71/4" gauge railway in Australia - 2.7km track.



The Victorian Miniature Railway is located on an undulating 65-acre site boasting mature trees views of Mount Alexander creek frontage and a view of the active Melbourne to Bendigo regional train line on the boundary of the property.

Our current track length is 2.7km and carries a variety of steam and diesel locomotives.

VMR is run by a dedicated team of members.

Come down see the variety of trains and watch the world go by travelling around the track.

Public Running Days: train rides at 11am - 5pm every Sunday

Location:3643 Harmony Way, Harcourt - 90 minutes from Melbourne and 25 minutes out of Bendigo

Tickets: $5 per person.

Children under 2 and companion card holders ride for free
