Ten years ago I learned how to cook and knew that this knowledge would be useful at some stage in the future. Now is the future. The infusion of traditionally made stocks, olive oil and herbs into rice using other ingredients to create variations of risotto, vegetarian, meat and seafood capture the true Italian taste.
