Melbourne Shakespeare Company Presents Twelfth Night Melbourne Shakespeare Company Twelfth Night 2-17 March 2019 | Central Park Gardens, Malvern East When a group of young socialites from Melbourne become shipwrecked on the shores of a strange island, they are forced to fend for themselves. Separated from her twin brother and believing him lost at sea, the determined Viola steps out to explore this mysterious land. Viola then finds the nearby households of Olivia and Orsino who are overrun with passion, and so begins the whirlwind adventure of mistaken identity and unrequited love that defines Shakespeare's most popular love triangle, Twelfth Night. Back by popular demand after a sold-out season in 2018, don't miss this incredible production when it returns this March. WHAT TO BRING: BYO seating & picnic to enjoy while you watch WET WEATHER: All performances continue in rain. We have large umbrellas to cover the audience. Performances are only cancelled due to lightning or if the space becomes unsafe for our actors. In the case of cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted via email at 4pm for evening and 12pm for matinee performances. Twelfth Night is proudly supported by the City of Stonnington.
