State Basketball Centre |
The State Basketball Centre is the new home of Basketball Victoria and Knox Basketball Inc and was officially opened on Friday 22 June 2012.
This brand new indoor sports stadium features six basketball courts with two courts marked for netball, a show court with seating for up to 3,200 people; meeting rooms; a basketball retail store and cafeteria.
The Knox Regional Sports Park in located at 291 George Street, Wantirna South. The site consists of 27 hectares of land incorporating the State Basketball Centre (SBC) and Knox Regional Football Centre (KRFC).
Opening Hours
Standard opening hours are 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday (exc. Public Holidays) and aligned to training and competition bookings otherwise, including weekends. Venue open and close times can vary throughout the week.

State Basketball Centre – Knox has 800 car parks plus an extensive overflow adjacent to the main car park. Parking is currently free of charge.

Showcasing a premier show court arena, 12 community basketball courts, high-performance facilities, gymnastics hall and football pitches.
STATE BASKETBALL CENTRE

One full sized basketball court with 3,100 retractable spectator seats, plus additional floor seats available.
Basketball Athlete Performance Centre
Featuring a fully equipped high-performance Gym, hot and cold recovery pools, 6 courts and a media room for high-performance teams.
Community Basketball Courts
Featuring 12 brand-new basketball courts for clubs, associations and casual shooting.
GYMNASTICS
Featuring a full gymnastics hall, grandstand seating for 150 patrons. This is operated by Knox Gymnastics.
