Rooftop at QT
Level 11, 133 Russell Street, Melbourne

QT's huge indoor-outdoor rooftop bar, QT rooftop, is open for sunset cocktails every night. The outdoor deck is enormous and slick, matched only by its glossy interiors. Seek out the central bar and find a spot for after sunset shenanigans.

Levels 2 and 3 (rooftop) 301 Swanston Street, Melbourne

Cool down under the misters at Peaches rooftop bar with a breezy spritz or blended cocktail in hand. With whitewashed brick walls and timber decking, you'll feel like you're right in The Hamptons. Enjoy bar snacks from the team behind 'Dexter'. They also run the barbeque meat restaurant Cheek two floors down.

Level 2, 161 Spring Street, Melbourne

Siglo is an open-air rooftop terrace, upstairs from The Melbourne Supper Club. It has great table service, a lengthy drinks list and a sophisticated atmosphere. Geared towards a late supper, Siglo offers options from foie gras to premium party pies, as well as classic desserts.
