Panda Hot Pot
Authentic Sichuan Cuisine ..
Open daily 11.30-3pm & 5pm to midnight every single day of the year.
Panda Hot Pot is a premium hot pot brand established in the Sichuan province of China. Not only is this region of China native to the Giant Panda, our national treasure, it has also given us one of the most extraordinary dining experiences in the world - hot pot.
Nights include a mix of opera, jazz, dance, cultural performances and acrobatics, and children's panda shows.
Over the last three years, we have worked tirelessly to create a beautiful homage to our native cuisine; sourcing the finest ingredients, and developing our signature 12 hour broths, to bring you the most authentic and memorable experience in a truly unique environment.
Our Melbourne team is passionately hands on, embracing all aspects of the ancient craft of the hot pot. Your dining experience means the world to us and we will tailor an unforgettable epicurean adventure.
Bringing a theatrical aspect to each dining experience, Panda Hot Pot will light up the Melbourne food scene with live cultural performances on a nightly basis.
We are of the firm belief that family is everything. Panda Hot Pot is about bringing friends and family together. Food is essential to our well-being, social engagements and happiness. This is our passion. Panda Hot Pot is more than food.
When we were children in Chengdu, we remember our mums and dads, aunties and uncles, grandmother's and grandfather's, cousins, sisters and brothers and how we would talk about life over a beautiful bowl of steaming hot pot. We would laugh and eat and it was a delightful experience that brought us all together as ONE.
Panda Hot Pot is all about inclusion. Sharing our love of hot pot to you, extending our family to yours and your family to ours.
We have a selection of private dining spaces available.
