October in Melbourne means no more football (except for Essendon saga) and the start of the Spring Racing Carnival. The eyes of the world turn our way for the Melbourne Cup, but there are some big races including the Caulfield Cup beforehand.

All in all, it looks like another fun week in Melbourne.
