Our chefs Manuel Santeiro and Melanie Thompson use the freshest produce they can find, wherever possible sourced locally, to create our ever changing seasonal restaurant menu - our current menu is available to view here.
We also serve a delicious bar menu, available in our lounge and outdoor areas, including lighter options, pizzas, cheeses and desserts - perfect with a glass (or bottle) of Mandala wine. Check it out here.
Mandala Wines is located at 1568 Melba Hwy, Dixons Creek (Melways Ref: 267 K1), next to indulgent spa house Immerse and a short drive from iconic wineries De Bortoli and Balgownie Estate.
