Mr Sanjeev Khan is our Tandoori Chef. At the tender age of 20 Mr Khan started working at the leading 5 star hotel TAJ COROMANDEL in Madras. After moving to Australia he worked at other well know restaurants before before starting his own Kuber indian Restaurant.

His favourite dishes are Paneer Shaslic, Fish Tikka. All Tandoori dishes are served on Sizzlers.

Mr. Madan Sing worked as Sous Chef in a leading 5 star restaurant in New Delhi and Banaras for more then 10 years before moving to Australia where he worked as Chef at the well known Pholwari Indian Restaurant. He can cook food to suit your taste buds.

Open daily for dinner from 5pm to 10.30pm.
