Johnny's Green Room is a rooftop bar above King & Godfree.
It's ideal for after-dinner drinks or even a well-deserved afternoon snack and offers views from the Carlton end of Lygon Street all the way to the city.
Think a rooftop in Rome but with Carlton-chic and plenty of comfy seating. Serving both classic and original cocktails plus local and imported beer and wines. There's Italian-inspired snacks to munch on while admiring the view: beef crostini arancini balls mozzarella cured meats plus pork-and-fennel sausage rolls and Angus beef burgers. Larger dishes are available over lunch and dinner. Pidapipo choc tops are also available.
The rooftop is big enough to comfortably fit 200 people - which it does consistently throughout the warmer months. In winter a smattering of open fireplaces keep Johnny's humming.
