Great Britain Hotel

After an enormously successful 18 year run as licensees, Chris and Penny Hodges' lease of the Great Britain Hotel came to an end on June 30, 2014. While many locals and long-time drinkers of the GB mourn the loss of yet another classic Melbourne pub the news is not all gloom and doom. Chris and Penny have taken their staff, their music collection and of course, the fish TV and taken up residence in another famous Richmond watering hole, the The Cherry Tree Hotel. Here are the new owners of the The Great Britain Hotel. Look forward to seeing you there!
