Foster Showgrounds is home to a number of sport and community groups including:

Foster Agriculture Show
Foster Basketball Club
Foster Football Club
Foster Rotary - Market
Foster U3A
Foster Netball Club
Hard Work Cafe

Representatives from each of the user groups sit on the Section 86 Committee to manage the showgrounds and buildings so as to facilitate sporting events, markets and the Foster Agricultural Show.
