The fourth Saturday in February sees the beautiful Foster Showgrounds filled with horses, cattle, sheep, working dogs, chooks, alpacas, pigeons, bands, local produce and craft exhibits - and, of course, hordes of spectators.
The Foster & District Agricultural Show is a not-for-profit event which has played a vital role in the community life of our small South Gippsland town for over 100 years.
A strong commitment to maintain the great traditions of the country show while striving to incorporate fresh but relevant ideas has resulted in a consistently well-attended and much-loved event.
The people of Foster have loved their Show for over a hundred years, and they would love to share it with you!
