Edita's Fish 'N' Chips is a family-run fish and chip shop in Carlton North that blends traditional Australian favourites with Tongan and Samoan influences.

Named after the Tausinga family's grandmother, the neighbourhood favourite has earned a reputation for its fresh fish, hand-cut triple-cooked chips and creative menu inspired by Pacific Island heritage.

Signature dishes include the popular fish burger with house-made tartare sauce, prawn tacos, sapasui spring rolls and the family's distinctive take on dim sims. Everything is cooked to order using fresh ingredients, with dine-in, takeaway and online ordering available.

What began as a food stall at local rugby matches has grown into a permanent home in Rathdowne Village, where the family continues to showcase Pacific Island flavours in a modern take on the classic suburban fish and chip shop.
