Versace at 161 Collins Street next to Gucci. Fendi will open at 85 Collins, Van Cleef at 101, Gucci and Bottega Veneta in 161, Berluti at 175, Burberry and Hour Glass are in 257, and Mercedes Benz has opened its Mercedes Me store at the base of the Rialto Towers.

A major refurbishment of the T&G Building will have 43,000 sq m of office space on 10 levels, with campus-style floor plates of up to 4000 sq m. and is expected to be completed in 2018. Google is understood to be setting up its first Melbourne home in the building along with multinational sportswear brand Nike and coworking firm Regus Spaces.
