Brisq is a subterranean venue, located in the basement of Fairfax House, 396 Little Collins Street, Melbourne.
Dedicated to the art of hospitality, Brisq's design embraces influences from the Art Deco era with a touch of the modern.
Brisq is the ideal venue to catch up for a cocktail, beer and graze from the bar or enjoy the complete dining experience. Open from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Wednesdays and from 7am to late on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, Brisq's menu draws inspiration from the classic rustic dishes of the Mediterranean and includes some trusted favourites. The daily specials board reflects the season, and including our artisan pizza, there is always something interesting on offer.
On our wine list, Italian, French and Spanish vineyards are well represented, together with well renowned Australians.
With capacity for around 60 seated and 40 at the bar, Brisq's flexible layout provides ample opportunity for people to enjoy the space as they wish.
