The Doutta Galla Hotel and neighbouring Bakery Hill Distillery will come together on Thursday 30 July for an evening showcasing exceptional food, premium Australian whisky and local hospitality.
Recognised as one of Australia's most awarded craft whisky producers, Bakery Hill Distillery will partner with the iconic Kensington hotel to present an intimate dining experience highlighting the craftsmanship behind both its whiskies and the hotel's celebrated kitchen.
A specially curated three-course menu
Guests will be welcomed with a signature whisky cocktail before enjoying a thoughtfully designed three-course dinner, with every course expertly paired to complement Bakery Hill Distillery's award-winning whiskies.
The highlight of the evening is a specially created whisky-washed steak, crafted exclusively for the event and designed to showcase the rich flavours of both the premium beef and the accompanying whisky pairing.
Throughout the night, guests will also gain insight into Bakery Hill Distillery's whisky-making process while enjoying the warm hospitality that has made the Doutta Galla Hotel a favourite destination for locals.
