The 2026 FIFA World Cup, hosted across the USA, Canada and Mexico, is the biggest tournament in history. Expanded from 32 to 48 teams, the competition features 104 matches played from 12 June to 20 July, with many kick-off times well suited to Australian audiences.

Melbourne football fans can catch all the action at major outdoor live sites, sports bars and pubs throughout the city. Popular venues including the Imperial Hotel and Kicks will be showing matches live, alongside many other venues welcoming supporters throughout the tournament.

Every match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup will also be broadcast live and free on SBS On Demand, making it easy to follow every game from anywhere.
