Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit comes alive in 2.25 square kilometres of parkland that includes Albert Park Lake, parks, sporting grounds, sports facilities, golf course, walking track and aquatic centre.
Throughout the GRAND PRIX, regular access to Albert Park Reserve may be affected due to the installation and dismantling of infrastructure.

How to get to the Grand Prix
Public Transport is the best way to get to and from the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit.
Tram Services
There will be 4,800 extra tram services to get you to the track with high frequency shuttle services run to the Grand Prix between Flinders Street Station and Albert Park and Southern Cross station and Albert Park.
Tram shuttles will run as often as 1 - 2 minutes during peak times and 3 - 10 minutes outside of peak times from 5am to 10pm and are free with your Grand Prix ticket.
Trams from Southern Cross Station will run to Gates 1, 2 and 3, while those from Melbourne Central and Flinders Street stations will run to Gates 5, 8, 9 and 10.

Grand Prix extra buses run express between a temporary stop in Whiteman Street near Crown Casino:
Friday, 14 March, from 7.30m to 12pm and 4pm to 8.30pm

Sunday, 16 March, from 7.30m to 12pm and 4pm to 8.3pm

Grand Prix extra trams run between Melbourne Central Station via Swanston Street and Flinders Street Station, Federation Square via St Kilda Road, stopping at Gates 5, 8, 9 & 10.

Travellers Aid is a friendly and professional service offering support, advice and assistance to the travelling public, including people with special requirements or experiencing travel emergencies.
Travellers Aid will assist passengers with accessible needs at Gate 1 and Gate 10 throughout all four Grand Prix event days.
Gate 1: Wheelchair support between Tram Stop 130 Middle Park and Gate 1 main entrance.
Gate 10:
Wheelchair support is available at Tram Stop 30 St Kilda Junction and corner of St Kilda Road and Fitzroy Street.
Buggy Transfer Service between corner of St Kilda Road and Fitzroy Street to Gate 10.
Wheelchair support from Gate 10 to What Ability Foundation viewing platform.
