The 99th Brownlow Medal will take place on Monday 21 September, five days before the grand final.
The award is presented to the player judged the best and fairest player during the Australian Football League home-and-away season.
Matt Rowell (Gold Coast SUNS) won the 2025 Brownlow Medal with 39 votes.

The Toyota AFL Grand Final Parade is an iconic part of the Australian sporting landscape held on Friday 25th September 2026. The two teams are paraded through Melbourne arriving at Yarra Park outside of Melbourne Cricket Ground.
The Wiggles and Toyota HiLux Big Red Utes to feature in Toyota AFL Grand Final Parade including pre-Parade performance at Melbourne Park
The Grand Final teams and 2026 AFL Premiership Cup will be presented on the Footy Fest main stage at approximately midday.
