ZaZa's Cucina Italiana is a casual, energetic, affordable neighbourhood eatery in Richmond serving soul-satisfying riffs on Italian cooking. It's airy, bustling, and easy-going: a comfortable, light-flooded place open from early morning to late night; the food and service are as relaxed, as easygoing and as well-conceived as the space.

Our pizzas are made with love by our master pizzaioli from Italy who use as few toppings as possible, allowing the best locally sourced produce speak for itself on top of their beautifully cooked base. Our pizza bianca base is made using 'Mulino Sul Clitunno' 00 flour and our pizza rossa base made using '5 stagioni' flour from Veneto.

We are highly dedicated to the use of local ingredients, and everything that we use in our restaurants is sourced domestically. We operate in a way that is respectful of the past, exciting for the present, and sustainable for the future.
