Yakkerboo Festival 2026
In February 2026, Yakkerboo Festival celebrates 50 years of providing a free and low-cost weekend of fun!
Saturday, 14 February 2026: festival gates open at 4pm with free entry, free facepainting, free stage entertainment, free roaming performers, food trucks, and a spectacular fireworks display at 9pm sponsored by Southside Racing.
Rides at carnival prices on the Saturday afternoon and evening will also be available.
Sunday, 15 February 2026: festival gates open at 10am with free entry, and the festival kicks off with the Yakkerboo Parade (free to register to participate in, or to watch - commencing at 10am), free stage entertainment and activities, market stalls, food trucks and community displays. There is a huge raffle with over $6500 worth of prizes donated by local businesses drawn on Sunday, just $2 a ticket only available at Yakkerboo Festival grounds.
On Sunday 15 February, it's just $15 for unlimited carnival rides: An unlimited rides wristband for Sunday 15th February provides access to 13 rides including a petting zoo and pony rides, with attractions for all ages. The price has been kept to a bare minimum to allow affordability and accessibility.

Ready Steady Go sports activities
Mini golf course
Ray White Pakenham and Officer's life-size Velcro Dart challenge and Dunk an Agent challenge
Follow Bless Collective craft activities
Colouring-in competition designed by local artist Nailz Van Diggel run by Pakenham Library with prizes donated by Pakenham Toyworld and Little Munchkins Boutique and The Chocolate Shop Pakenham
Stage entertainment with hay bale seating
Many community group "come and try" activities
