Wax Studios, Melbourne's pre-eminent independent theatre group is the brain child of a dedicated group of Melbourne actors, writers, artists and technicians.

Founded in 1999, Wax Studios is committed to producing innovative, accessible theatre that infuses an eclectic mix of pop culture, contemporary sensibility, larrikin cynicism, drama and quality production values.

Wax has hosted poetry nights, play readings, acting classes, art exhibits, all ages gigs and of course, great theatre.
