Victorian Flying Disc Association is the governing body behind Ultimate frisbee, a non-contact team sport played with a frisbee.
Ultimate frisbee combines elements of netball, touch football, and grid-iron into a fast paced, athletic sport. It is unique because the sport is self-refereed - due to the 'Spirit of the Game', players are responsible for adhering to and overseeing the rules.
Ultimate frisbee is simple to learn, fun to play, and is easy to afford.
Social league runs every Wednesday from October till December every year and is targeted at begineers to come down and give it a try.
