Twenty Pho Seven is Melbourne's first 24-hour pho restaurant, serving up a range of pho, banh mi, spring rolls, rice paper rolls and bubble tea cocktails.
Another project from the team behind Hochi Mama, the pho is made from a traditional broth recipe passed down through many generations.
There is a wide variety of pho for everyone's taste buds including traditional sliced beef pho with brisket, tendons and tripe as well as chicken and vegan options. For those who like broth in the morning, a breakfast pho is coming soon.
