It is a mother's haven and a child's dreamland.
Jocelyn Bouma, mother of two, understands the difficulties in finding a cafe when you are a breastfeeding mum or simply have small children in tow. Displaying a modern country decor, The Little Village Play Cafe is a space designed for both parents and children.
Featuring a colorful miniature 'village' fitted out with matching toys, such as a cash register and play fruit for the miniature grocery store, children will be kept busy with a creative and engaging play area.
While the kids are cooking in Sweet Jemima's Cake Shop, shopping in the miniature grocery store, tinkering in the tool shed, 'driving' the fire truck, trying on dress-ups in the boutique and playing doctor in the hospital, parents can enjoy a good cup of coffee and a bite to eat.
'Having quality coffee and good food was a priority for me, I wanted to create a space that was special for the parents as well as the kids,' says Jocelyn.
Launching with kids activities, The Little Village Play Cafe will open on 28 September.
