The Kilburn |
The Kilburn occupies the ground floor of the heritage listed 'Commercial Bank of Australia' building.
An amazing Italianite style rendered brick structure standing proudly on the intersection of Burwood and Glenferrie Roads.
The building, which is on the register of the national estate, was designed by architect Mr E.G. Kilburn.
The exterior of the building was always magnificent.
In November 2016, the interior was refitted to ensure it was comfortable, cosy and luxe.
We wanted to appeal to all senses and provide the perfect backdrop to your night. We hope you enjoy it!
Once home to one Melbourne's most famous cigar bars Baranows Lounge. We still boast having one of the best whisky collections in Australia, just without the smoking inside anymore.
With space for up to 200 guests there are plenty of comfy spots to sip on cocktail or get a bit silly.
