The Improv Conspiracy Training Centre & Theatre is an exciting new arts space located in the heart of Melbourne. Situated near to popular standup comedy venues such as Spleen Bar and The Imperial Hotel, our space exists to bring Chicago-style improv and sketch comedy training and performance to the masses.
The venue has three mixed-use training and performance areas totalling 150 sqm.
On Friday and Saturday nights the space is typically used for improv and sketch comedy performance. During most other times the space is used for workshops, rehearsals and sketch writing sessions.
For special times of year like the Melbourne Fringe Festival and Melbourne International Comedy Festival, the space will host a number of artists putting on runs of original shows.
We offer four nights of shows every week, plus a public workshops program that will help you fall in love with improv.
