Executive Chef Garth Channing of Pullman Melbourne Albert Park and Executive Chef John Cooper of Carrajung Estate have come together to create a thoughtfully curated five-course menu that brings the essence of Gippsland to the heart of Melbourne.

Each course showcases premium Gippsland produce sourced from its valleys, coastlines, and fertile farmlands, carefully selected to highlight its quality, provenance, and seasonality. Expertly paired with Carrajung Estate wines, the menu offers a true expression of regional Victoria, where food and wine come together to elevate every course.

This unique dining experience is a celebration of local craftsmanship, regional flavours, and the connection between producers, chefs, and winemakers.
