The George on Collins cuisine is modern Southeast Asian influenced, with each dish contrasting flavours of hot, sweet, sour and salty, resulting in a balance of textures, flavours and aromas. You may opt for small plates to share with a tipple or if you're feeling extra hungry, opt for one of our carefully curated banquet menus.
Our dining experience has a strong focus on tasting menus, we are showcasing new creative concepts by our talented chefs, a unique combination of classic and modern techniques.
Our menus have been designed & influenced by different Southeast Asian cuisines and cultures.
We can accommodate groups of any size and hold large group bookings for lunch, brunch and dinner.
