'We've been doing American southern-style barbecue for two years and shipped our smoker over from Houston. It was custom built by by David Klose of BBQ Pits by Klose. Australians already have a thriving barbecue culture. Our tasting plate is a must try, served with a selection of five barbecued and smoked meats (think beef brisket and pulled pork), accompanied by five southern-style sides, for a true communal dining experience.'
