Our constantly changing menu & wine lists are written on stainless steel boards, listen to all of the juicy details which can be fully explained by our talented staff.

Food
Our menu is constantly evolving. We will change our menu according to what is in season, fresh and available. This is what regional Italian food is all about.
We like to talk to our suppliers to get the best and freshest produce available, our fully experienced chefs will then use their skills to put together a menu that will combine taste, texture and flavours for you to enjoy.
It may be a little complex, it may be simple either way it's assured to be great food. It's the Italian way; it's the SUD way.
Wine
Our wine list is no different to the food. We are constantly changing the wine list to suit the ever changing food menu, and our main focus is to provide wines that complement these wonderful dishes.
We always store some of the finest examples of Australian wine from local growers as well as from interstate and New Zealand. We also take great pleasure in introducing you to some of the fine wine that is produced and fully imported from Italy.
At SUD we want you to enjoy the wine, which accompanies the food.
Spirits
At SUD we have many spirits for you to enjoy. You'll find we have a wide range of spirits from those that you may never have heard of to those you have enjoyed time and time again.
Various Aperitifs, Liqueurs, Spirits, Digestives, Infusions, Extracts etc. are available.
We believe that every meal should begin and end. In the tradition of any great southern Italian meal, we should begin with an Aperitivo and end with a Digestivo.
An aperitivo is to stimulate your appetite, a digestivo is to assist with your digestion after a joyous meal.
At SUD, we will always be ready to suggest what will best complement your dining experience.
