St Kilda Skate Park |
St Kilda has a new skate park located in Marina Reserve, St Kilda.
The Skate Park is a part of the St Kilda Marina Reserve Development, that will become an important recreational area for St Kilda residents and for other Melburnians.
It includes a play and picnic area, public toilets and areas from which to enjoy the views of the bay and the city skyline.
It caters for a wide range of leisure activities for people of all ages, including cyclists, joggers, walkers and, for the first time, skaters, who will be able to make use of a new skating area
Where: Marine Parade, St Kilda (opposite Blessington Street)
Sadly, within days of its opening in March 2013, the skate park was covered in graffiti.
