Signal building
The Signal building was once - quite literally - a signal box. It signaled trains in and out of Melbourne's Flinders Street Station. Inspired by the success of ArtPlay, the idea for a city-based youth arts centre was born.
Signal is behind Flinders Street Station towards Sandridge Bridge, Northbank.
