Three Acclaimed Chefs and a Japanese Artist Unite for an Immersive Dining Experience at NGV

Master Series - Edition 01

The chef lineup features Hong Kong Chefs Association President Eddy Leung, former Australian National Culinary Team member Leslie Chan and Rain Qu, the 2025 champion of Chef of China, a hit Chinese culinary reality series.

Together, they will present a multi-course menu celebrating exceptional Australian produce.

The menu features Australian scallops, M8+ Wagyu, native finger lime and an abalone laksa underpinned by lobster bisque.

It concludes with Botanical Secrets, a sculptural dessert inspired by the NGV Garden.

Japanese artist Hikaru Matsubara curates the décor, bringing food, art and contemporary culture together around the table.

Optional wine pairing is available, and every Opening Night guest will receive a limited-edition art gift.
